Tara Sakhi
Tara Sakhi is a Lebanese architect, photographer and art director based in Venice, Italy. She also holds a Masters degree in Architecture, and is the co-founder of multi-disciplinary architecture and art studio, T SAKHI.
Her images often fall in the spectrum of reverie and the representation of a memory, cinematically portraying the world by blurring the line between reality and fiction.
With analogue photography, she experiments with different texture manipulations to enhance the senses. During development, she embraces surprises and imperfections by exploring double exposures and overlapping images with different mediums and textures.
Her works have been exhibited at the Venice Art Projects (2021) and Studio 106, Los Angeles, California. Her works have been published in Domus, Canvas Magazine, and more.Â
